It included park sections, urban terrain, and a technically challenging loop through the old town. Course planners added multiple route choices and spectator-friendly passages, resulting in a dynamic and unpredictable race environment. Sixty teams lined up under the sun for the Sprint Relay, creating a vibrant and competitive atmosphere. Norway's Commanding Performance Benjaminsen kept Norway in the leading pack during the first leg, with Denmark’s second team initially taking the lead. Langedal Breivik ran an outstanding second leg, establishing a slight lead for Norway. Kasper Fosser then extended this lead to 25 seconds ahead of France and Finland. Anchor runner Pia Young Vik maintained the advantage, ensuring that Norway's victory was never in jeopardy. Exciting Battle for Second Place Meanwhile, the race for second place was fiercely contested between Sweden’s two teams. In a thrilling sprint finish, Sweden’s first team, consisting of Hanna Lundberg, Emil Svensk, Isac von Krusenstierna, and Sanna Fasth, emerged victorious over their compatriots.
