By accessing or using TotalSports 1 ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.

TotalSports 1 provides a sports entertainment platform offering live scores, streaming, news articles, statistics, and related content across multiple sports. Some features are available free of charge; others require a paid subscription.

To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current and complete information • Maintain the security of your password • Not share your account with others • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account use • Be at least 13 years of age You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of initial purchase for annual plans. Monthly plans are non-refundable once the billing period has started. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose • Share, redistribute, or resell streaming content • Use VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions • Attempt to hack, scrape or disrupt our platform • Upload or transmit harmful, offensive or infringing content • Impersonate any person or entity • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

All content on TotalSports 1 — including text, images, graphics, video, logos and code — is the property of TotalSports Media Ltd or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Sports data is provided by Sportsmonk and other third-party providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data. Live stream availability may vary based on broadcast rights in your territory.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. Sports data and stream availability may vary. We are not responsible for any losses arising from reliance on our content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TotalSports Media Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a platform notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
